Visa targeted by new UK damages claim, from retailer Poundland

Visa is being sued in the UK by discount retailer Poundland, the latest claim in a series targeting the US payment-card giant.

The action was filed at the end of last week at the High Court in London. It lists one claimant and five entities of the US payment-card giant as defendants.
