Veolia offers mobile, industrial water units in bid for EU approval of Suez merger

Veolia has offered to divest parts of its own mobile and industrial water businesses in a bid to persuade the European Commission to approve its 13 billion-euro merger ($14.6 billion) with long-time rival Suez, MLex has learned.
