USTR violated due process for tariffs on Chinese imports, trade associations say in amicus brief

The Office of the US Trade Representative failed to provide a “measured and thoughtful” effort to solicit comments and assess the economic fallout from the billions of dollars’ worth of tariffs on Chinese goods, groups in the retail, apparel, consumer technology and toy industries told the US trade court.
