US trade court approves Commerce's removal of market distortion adjustment from Korean line pipe review

The US Court of International Trade has approved the Commerce Department’s decision, under protest, to remove the application of its “particular market situation” (PMS) authority from the duty calculations in the 2017–18 South Korean welded line pipe duty review.
