US trade court affirms Commerce’s removal of market distortion adjustment from Korean pipe dumping duties

The US Court of International Trade has sustained the Commerce Department’s removal of a market distortion adjustment to antidumping duties for heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from South Korea in agency remand results filed in December 2021.
