US senators introduce bill that would outlaw bribe solicitation by foreign officials

A bipartisan pair of US senators today introduced legislation that would outlaw the solicitation or acceptance of bribes by foreign officials when the bribery impacts US commerce. The Senate bill is a companion to a measure introduced in the House this summer.
