US judge grants Apple motion to dismiss App Store antitrust complaint from Cydia as time-barred, offers chance to amend

Apple’s motion to dismiss, as time-barred, a US antitrust lawsuit from rival app distribution platform Cydia over its App Store policies has been granted, but Cydia can amend its complaint with more details on newer actions by Apple over the last four years, the judge in the case ruled today.
