US DOJ has 'grave concerns' about impact on Boost customers of T-Mobile’s planned CDMA shutdown

The US Department of Justice has informed T-Mobile and Dish Network that it has “grave concerns” that a nationwide shutdown of T-Mobile’s CDMA system will leave a substantial proportion of Boost’s customers without service.
