US Commerce must clarify Indian steel flangemakers' ties to estranged family, trade court says

The US Commerce Department combined India-based stainless-steel flange producers into one entity in an August 2018 antidumping duty order because they were deemed to be part of the the same, estranged family's operations. A trade court judge, however, wasn’t swayed by Commerce’s arguments.
