US Commerce misinterpreted court orders on dumping duties on Chinese iron fittings in two cases, trade court says

The US Commerce Department has misinterpreted orders from the Court of International Trade regarding the scope of antidumping duties on nonmalleable cast iron pipe fittings from China, according to two court opinions by CIT Judge Timothy C. Stanceu.
