US Commerce inclusion of glass products in trade duties on Chinese quartz surface products upheld by Federal Circuit

The US Commerce Department’s 2019 scope modifications to include certain quartz glass products within the scope of antidumping and antisubsidy duties on quartz surface products from China has been upheld by the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
