United Allergy Services, Academy of Allergy and Asthma quizzed by US judges on evidence, timeline

Lawyers for United Allergy Services and the Academy of Allergy and Asthma in Primary Care were today quizzed by judges of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit about the timeline of the companies’ discovery of evidence suggesting that Quest Diagnostics had been involved in an antitrust conspiracy.
