Union Bancaire Privée to pay $14 million for belated disclosure in US tax settlement

Union Bancaire Privée, a Swiss bank that sheltered US accountholders' money, will be allowed to maintain a 2016 settlement with the US Justice Department despite failing to disclose some accounts.
