União Química, Bayer tell CADE they overlap in some contraceptive markets in Brazil

União Química and Bayer have told the Brazilian competition authority that they overlap in certain contraceptive markets, but that concentration resulting from their deal won't generate competition concerns because there are more than 150 different contraceptives available in the market.
