'Undertakings' in the spotlight as EU regulator appeals GEA's ruling at top court

What comprises an "undertaking" and how should EU antitrust officials go about fairly imposing cartel fines on parent companies and their subsidiaries? Those were questions in the spotlight at the EU's highest court today as the European Commission urged judges to overturn a lower-tier court decision on German plastics company GEA.
