UK truck-cartel damages trial to start in April 2024, competition court says

A UK antitrust damages trial over a 14-year cartel by European truckmakers will begin on April 9, 2024, a judge ruled today. Claims over losses resulting from collusion to coordinate prices of emission-reducing technologies are scheduled to be heard over a maximum of six months.
