UK train operators say mass damages claimant can't prove loss and damage, shouldn't go to trial

The mass antitrust claimant seeking to win a payout for two million train commuters doesn’t have a credible methodology to prove loss and damage and his claim shouldn’t be allowed to proceed to trial, train operators told UK appeal judges today.
