UK rail operators perpetrated 'systematic' antitrust abuse, proposed claimant tells judge

Millions of London rail commuters from southern England were hit in the pocket to the tune of tens of millions of pounds due to a “systematic” abuse of competition rules by train operating companies, a proposed mass damages claimant told a UK judge today.
