UK international corruption unit sees budget trimmed as part of foreign-aid cuts

The UK's National Crime Agency has seen its international corruption unit lose budget cash as part of a planned government reduction in overseas aid spending.

Its budget will shrink in the coming year to 1.2 million pounds ($1.6 million) after 100,000 pounds was returned to government funds "due to reductions to the Official Development Assistance
