UK financial regulators need bespoke parliamentary scrutiny, lawmaker says

The Bank of England and the Financial Conduct Authority should be subject to dedicated parliamentary scrutiny, a lawmaker from Boris Johnson’s ruling Conservative party stressed today, renewing a call for tough oversight processes around the UK's financial regulators.
