UK, EU clash over approach to Brexit talks as Oct. 15 deadline for clarity passes

The UK's chief Brexit negotiator has criticized the EU for taking an "unusual approach to negotiations" after EU leaders today requested concessions from the British government to move forward with talks on the future relationship.
