UK derivatives market promised trading obligation update from FCA before year's end

The UK derivatives market will get an update from financial-services regulators on conflicting post-Brexit regulatory obligations before the UK's transition period ends, MLex has learned.

The Financial Conduct Authority will provide an update before Dec. 31 on its approach to the derivatives trading obligation — a regulatory requirement that has become a major thorn
