UK crime agency in court bid to overturn sanctioned Russian oligarch spending ruling

Lawyers for the UK’s National Crime Agency appeared in court today, in a bid to overturn a ruling that allowed sanctioned Russian oligarch Petr Aven access to hundreds of thousands of pounds in frozen funds to pay his “basic” household expenses.
