UK competition watchdog can already tackle digital markets, chairman says as legislative delay confirmed

The UK’s competition watchdog won’t just "do nothing for the next 12 months” in the absence of legislation to underpin its Digital Markets Unit, its outgoing chairman has said.
The Competition and Markets Authority has already been allocated additional resources to tackle digital markets and has a pipeline of issues
