UK competition regulator benefits from cost rule ‘inequality,' Pfizer tells top judges

The UK's Competition and Markets Authority benefits from rule “inequality," Pfizer told judges today, as it challenged a court judgment that said the regulator isn't liable to a pay part of its costs after it successfully appealed antitrust fines.
