Two deals involving bus ticket platform J3 approved in Brazil

Two deals involving the sale of J3 Operadora Logística, a bus ticket platform, have been cleared by the Brazilian competition authority.
Online travel agency Bus Serviços de Agendamento bought J3 Operadora Logística in 2016 and voluntarily notified the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, on Sept. 18, 2020.
