Twitter hit with privacy, sex-trafficking claims in US suit that claims it has no Section 230 immunity

Twitter is facing allegations it violated California privacy protections as well as a federal sex-trafficking law by allowing explicit images of a minor to be shared on the social network, in a suit that argues the platform isn't protected by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
