Twitter faces Dutch mass lawsuit over adtech unit's app data harvesting

Twitter has been threatened with a class action in the Netherlands over claims that it collected and shared the personal data of more than 10 million Dutch residents from free apps.
Consumer group Stichting Data Bescherming Nederland, or SDBN, said yesterday that it is preparing an action against the US social-media platform
