Twist ties from China to face US duties after narrow trade-injury ruling

China-sourced twist ties will get hit with US antisubsidy and antidumping duties after a trade panel today issued a final determination that the imports harmed the domestic industry.
The US International Trade Commission ruled 3-2 that the imports create material injury, with USITC Chair Jason Kearns and Commissioner David S.
