Turkish steel importer challenges constitutionality of Section 232 tariffs

A Turkish steel pipe importer has sued the US government, saying that the national security-related tariffs on its products under Section 232 of of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 are unconstitutional because the Trump administration has used Section 232 to usurp Congressional powers of levying taxes and regulating commerce.
