Tungsten electrodes from Laos, Thailand might see EU anticircumvention duties of up to 63.5 percent

EU importers of tungsten welding electrodes may have to pay dumping duties of up to 63.5 percent on goods from Laos and Thailand, MLex has learned.
The bloc’s investigators have found that Chinese producers — which already face duties in the EU — are shipping via these countries to dodge the levies.
