Truckmakers and claimant Ryder fight over disclosure for UK cartel damages suit

Commercial truck rental company Ryder and truckmakers Volvo/Renault and Daimler today fought at the UK’s antitrust court over document disclosure issues ahead of a trial of a damages suit over cartelized truck pricing.
