Truck cartel claimants score victory in Dutch court as lawsuit stands

Litigants including Carlsberg, Stichting Trucks Cartel and CDC secured a victory in a Dutch court today in their lawsuits against a truck cartel, with judges roundly rejecting the truck makers’ arguments that the claimants didn’t suffer any damages and that their lawsuits should be struck out.
