Toyota subsidiary issued corrective recommendation for violating Japanese subcontract-law

A Toyota Motor’s subsidiary received today a corrective recommendation for violating the subcontract law from the Japanese competition enforcer. The Japan Fair Trade Commission, or JFTC, said Toyota Customizing & Development has unfairly treated 94 subcontractors, by making them take back delivered items, or keep its metal molds free of charge,
