Text messages, e-mails at US DOJ trial show former employees treading carefully in DaVita recruitment

Several former DaVita executives were careful and at times deferential in hiring from the company after they left to join other health care companies, according to e-mails and text messages reviewed during the testimony of FBI special agent Matthew Hamel at the US Department of Justice’s no-poach trial in Denver today.
