Telefônica-Claro review appeal from rival Algar Telecom rejected by CADE Tribunal

A Radio Access Network sharing agreement between telecom operators Telefônica and Claro won't face further review by the Brazilian competition authority after the agency's Tribunal today unanimously rejected an appeal filed by rival Algar.
The Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, approved the deal last month
