Tech giants must ease user data-consent practices in EU's Digital Markets Act, draft text says

Tech giants such as Google, Apple and Meta Platforms must make it just as easy for users to withdraw consent to use personal data for targeted ads as to give it, under the draft text of the EU’s Digital Markets Act, MLex has learned.
