Sutter Health, plaintiffs need to make expert evidence 'digestible' for jury in antitrust case, judge says

Sutter Health and the plaintiffs in an antitrust case over inpatient services at hospitals in Northern California need to make expert evidence in the lawsuit "easy" and "digestible" for the jury, a US federal judge said today.
