Supreme Court turns down TCL request to review Frand dispute with Ericsson

The US Supreme Court won't hear arguments in a dispute between TCL Communication Technology and Ericsson over licensing rates for standard-essential patents.

In an order today, the justices rejected the Chinese smartphone maker's request to review the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit's decision holding that Ericsson was entitled
