Stone-Linx decision in Brazil scheduled for today; no remedies have been negotiated

The Brazilian competition authority is scheduled to rule today on Stone’s proposed acquisition of Linx, and there have been no discussions about potential remedies, an indication that unconditional approval is likely, MLex has learned.
