Stone-Linx deal creates incentives for anticompetitive conduct, Adyen tells CADE

Adyen told the Brazilian competition authority that Stone’s proposed acquisition of Linx creates incentives for anticompetitive conduct by the merged company.
The payment platform said the majority of responses from third parties to CADE confirms its concerns, particularly regarding access to sensitive information and the integration of other payment companies
