Stellantis auto metals unit in Mexico accused of labor rights violation under North American trade pact

A metal-parts facility in Mexico owned by the world's fourth largest automaker, Stellantis, has been accused of denying its workers the right of free association and collective bargaining, which are violations under the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement’s labor commitments, the US Trade Representative said today in asking the Mexican government to resolve the matter.
