Standard General, Tegna motion to expedite US FCC review through a full vote gets denied

Standard General and Tegna’s motion to certify a full vote of the US Federal Communications Commission was dismissed today by the presiding FCC administrative law judge, Jane Hinckley Halprin.

The dismissal means the hearing designated by the agency's Media Bureau is set to proceed, although a date has not yet been scheduled.
