South Korea's Seah sues US Commerce over steel-pipe dumping decision

South Korean steelmaker Seah is challenging the US Commerce Department’s calculation of an antidumping duty margin on non-alloy steel pipe, arguing in a complaint today that the agency failed to examine the sales and costs information the company provided during the investigation.
