Sony seeks prohibition for Microsoft's takeover of Activision Blizzard

Microsoft’s plan to buy video games developer Activision Blizzard should be “prohibited,” Sony has told the UK competition regulator.

The $69 billion deal would cause “significant harm to consumers, competition, and developers,” the PlayStation maker said in a 21-page redacted submission to the Competition and Markets Authority published today.
