Sony Music-Som Livre deal to face further scrutiny from CADE

Sony Music's planned acquisition of record company Som Livre from broadcaster Globo will face additional review by the Brazilian competition authority, the agency Tribunal ruled today.
The additional review from the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, puts the deal on hold for closing until a final decision.
