SNCF’s Eurostar-Thalys merger set for EU approval

SNCF is on track to receive unconditional EU approval for its plan to merge the high-speed rail operators Eurostar and Thalys, MLex has learned.
The French railway company this week skipped the chance to offer concessions to EU officials reviewing the deal.

The European Commission has until Monday, March
