SNC-Lavalin claims ignorance of Brazil corruption case

Canadian engineering firm SNC-Lavalin, facing a civil action in Brazil over alleged corruption, has maintained that it has no evidence of the existence of the case.
The bribe case, announced last month by prosecutors in Rio de Janeiro, hasn't been served on Montreal-based SNC-Lavalin, a spokeswoman for the company said.
