Smart devices, drug prices, food supply to be examined by Senate antitrust subcommittee in hearings this summer

The US Senate antitrust subcommittee will host hearings focused on competition issues involving smart devices, drug prices and the food supply industry this summer, the panel’s leaders announced today.

No witnesses or dates have been set for the hearings, which were announced by subcommittee Chair Amy Klobuchar and ranking member Mike Lee (see here).
