Slovak Telekom, Deutsche Telekom should lose arguments against EU antitrust fine, legal opinion says

Slovak Telekom and Deutsche Telekom should lose some arguments they're making in appeals against an EU antitrust fine for squeezing out rivals in Slovakia’s broadband market, according to a legal opinion prepared for the bloc’s top court.
Advocate General Henrik Saugmandsgaard Øe said in a non-binding opinion today (see here) that
